Missions At The Open Door, we desire for people to come to Jesus and find life. We also encourage them to go into the world and share that life with others. Whether it is a neighborhood event, domestic opportunity, or foreign country outreach, we encourage volunteers to join the team and see what God will do through them. We sponsor local and foreign outreach opportunities each year. Our travels have taken us throughout the state, across the United States, and into St Croix, Mexico, South Africa and Panama. In addition, we financially support mission minded ministries such as collegiate ministries, prison ministries, SBC home/foreign missions, and Gospel for Asia missionaries. At the local level we sponsor Bible institutes, yearly women's retreats, neighborhood events, summer Bible studies, community wide outreaches, and dinner theaters. All are for the purpose of proclaiming the Lord Jesus Christ. Join us! Begin your own life of ministry. Jesus said, "Come to me all who are weary and heavy laden. I will give you rest." He also said, "Go into all the world and make disciples..."
