Getting to know each other
There is a longing within all people to connect, to have meaningful relationships with others. We are made in the image of God. As God exists in perfect relationship within the Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), we are designed to exist in community.
As part of our design, God created believers to be built into one another’s lives, “You yourselves like living stones are being built up into a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood…” (1 Peter 2:5).
At The Open Door, we know that large group settings are not the easiest way to enter into a life-on-life community. Several opportunities, with a variety of formats, are available throughout the week to help you connect with others. Our desire is to connect with one another as we rejoice in Jesus and pursue His Truth.
Prayerfully consider participating in one of our home groups or church Connect Classes.
